Richard Vague, Founder of American Respect, was asked to discuss American Respect's view on Iraq in a debate at Pennsylvania's Keystone Weekend conference. Dr. Frank Gaffney, president for the center of defense studies presented the pro-war position and Richard represented the opposing view. The preponderance of Richard's comments were about the economic consequences of the war, since he believes they have serious current consequences for us all and are profound enough to give even the most ardent proponent of war pause for consideration.
